Day 6: Shower Meditation


☀️Day 6: No video today, but below you'll find a SHOWER MEDITATION that I've been using for years. This is an easy meditation to apply daily. 💁🏼‍♀️ 

Shower Meditation: 💙💙💙 Each time you step into the shower, visualize washing away your stress, cares, and anxieties. Close your eyes and concentrate on the feel of the water on your skin. Envision the power of the water washing away your negative thoughts and worries. Feel any sadness, regret, anger, and depression washing right off of you. Let it all go down the drain. Give yourself 2-5 minutes to visualize this, repeatedly if needed. Upon stepping out of the shower, notice how you feel lighter and much more clear. 🌟 🌞
