I'm a bit of a Netflix junkie. And Tis the Season of Netflix and cuddling up on the couch. If you're like me, your lifestyle may not fit a typical cable TV schedule (meaning, you could never commit to watching a program each week on Thursday's at 9 PM) and you're not a faithful DVR'er. Netflix was made for people just like us. We can binge all we want when we have the time, without worrying about what day it is or commercials. I've tested many suggested series, and I usually give a series 3-4 episodes before I make my decision if it's a "keeper". Below is my list of ultimate favorites, not necessarily in order. Happy Netflixing!
1) Parenthood. This is probably the best series that ever aired. Hands down. There will forever be a spot in my heart for the Braverman's.

2) Prison Break. Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows could rule the world.

3) Orange is the New Black. Definitely not a show for the wholesome and faint at heart. Do not watch with anyone under 18 in the room, or possibly 25. But holy shitballs, this is a good show if you like prison drama/comedy/suspense.

4) House of Cards. This is a deep, intense political drama and you have to pay very close attention in order to follow along. Whoa. Your head will be spinning and you won't know whether you love the Underwoods or hate them. This is the one series that took 4-5 episodes to really hook me. I'm also a firm believer that watching this show will make you smarter.

5) Nurse Jackie. Light yet serious, and hilarious yet sad. That's the best way to describe this great series. Totally addicting.

6) Scandal. Oliva Pope for President. I'm serious. She can fix anything. #whitehats #gladiatorlove

7) Fixer-Upper. When I need a break from fiction, this is the perfect series. It will also appeal to your creative side and you'll be planning your next DIY project.

8) American Horror Story. Some seasons are better than others, but the weird suspense will draw you in, along with Jessica Lange. She's flippin' spectacular.

9) The Walking Dead. You've seen all the fuss and all of the Facebook posts. This show has a faithful and giant fanbase and it's worth the hype. Even if you're not crazy about zombie's (that was me), you'll still connect with the story.

10) Luther. He's the best murderer hunting, Brittish black-man I know. Not a hugely popular series, but my husband and I loved it. I think you will too.
